Central Blockchain Council of America (CBCA) exercises stringent policies that not only help maintain the sanctity and reliability of its internationally renowned examinations, but also ensure that a fair, favorable, fit, and un-biased approach is pursued for evaluating applicants' competence for award of its prestigious credentials.
Following are the more important policies that each examinee must make note of.
In an unfortunate event that an examinee fails his/her first (1st) attempt to pass their CBCA Certification exam, he/she must pay a nominal fee of USD 50, from myCBCA account, to reappear for the examination. Please note that the examinee can apply to reappear right after their examination result gets published.
If the examinees voluntarily cancel a scheduled examination; he/she may immediately reapply for examination, from their myCBCA dashboard, by paying a nominal fee of USD 50.
CBCA follows a ‘zero–tolerance’ policy for misconduct or usage of unfair means. During an examination, the test manager (here on referred to as proctor) has all rights to dismiss an Examinee from the exam session for any of the following reasons:
Kindly note that CBCA has the authority to take legal action against anyone who violates copyright laws including but not limited to reproduction/replication and distribution of examination content or materials. All exam related materials including but not limited to the data bank of questions, the exam form has copyrights and are the legal property of CBCA.
Any communication –verbal, written, or electronic – made by an examinee which can be deemed to be against the policies of examination is strictly prohibited. Any such act may invite stringent penal action.
a. In case of a CBCA Disciplinary Action in pre and post exam scenarios
Examinees who wish to dispute any action or decision taken by the CBCA against their candidacy, may download and fill up the Exam Candidacy Reconsideration Request Form and contact us to initiate process and action.
b. In case of No Show
Examinees, who miss a scheduled exam because of any emergency, may directly contact CBCA to report the matter. The following reasons for missing out on a scheduled CBCA Certification examination have been defined as genuinely acceptable for grant of Retake permissions if requested: If the examinee himself/herself or any of their immediate family members (such as spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, and children) meet an unfortunate accident, or develop a sudden medical condition demanding serious attention.
Examinees who happen to miss out on their scheduled CBCA examination because of any of the above-mentioned reasons must contact CBCA and submit a request for a Retake by providing documents of proof for the encountered emergency such as doctor’s or hospital certificates among others.
Also note that the certification fee is non-refundable. However, in the unlikely case that the reason for absence is not listed under our no show policy, an additional fee of USD 50 will be charged to reapply.
